  1. Delivery Options
    • Home (UPS/USPS) delivery:
  • We offer home delivery by UPS and USPS within the US. The delivery charges are calculated by UPS and USPS at checkout.
  •   Point delivery:We offer point delivery to specific locations. We bring your order to those locations once a month. You meet us at that location to collect your order.
    • Pleasanton         Will update soon.
    • Sunnyvale          Will update soon.
  •  Store pickup:
    • We offer curbside pick up from our offline store at
      • 260 Vita Ave, Mountain House, CA 95377 for no charge (prior appointment needed)
  • UPS and USPS.
    • If you would like your orders to be delivered via UPS/USPS, then delivery charge is calculated automatically by UPS and USPS during checkout.
    • Typically, the order would ship in 1-2 business days and the tracking number can be emailed to you upon request.
  1. Cancellation
    • Since most of the arrivals are from India and based on pre-orders. Hence cancelling your orders is currently not allowed.
  2. Order Fulfillment
    • Pre-orders -: 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order. We always strive to fulfill the orders at the earliest and make every effort to keep our customers posted on the arrival of shipments.
    • In Stock Orders: If items are in stock then they would be available for in-store pick up in 1 business day. Point delivery for in-stock orders would be clubbed with pre-orders and delivered per advised schedule.
  3. Exchanges
    • Eligibility: If the product is damaged while being delivered. Please furnish photos, batch number and packaging detail to Akshayatritiyafoods@gmail.com
    • We can exchange the product for similar product/other product equal in $value if in stock or else provide a store credit valid for a year.

    • We do not store your credit card information.
    • We use Shopify Payments for secure credit card transactions.
    • Your credit card information is securely stored on Shopify's PCI compliant servers.

    • We do store the following information purely for order fulfillment only.

    • First and Last Name
    • Delivery address,
    • Email address and Phone Number

    • No, we do not sell your personal information. 

    Liability Limitations

    • AkshayaTritiya Foods LLC, and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, third party platforms or content providers and officers cannot be held liable directly or indirectly for
    • Products delivered through AkshayaTritiya Foods LLC
    • Not being able to use the site for online ordering.
    • Not being able to use the site if under maintenance or breakdown or undergoing any modifications or for any other reason.
    • For any delayed shipments or deliveries.
    • The maximum permissible liability AkshayaTritiya Foods LLC shall not exceed one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125/-)
    • AkshayaTritiya Foods LLC, and its officers, directors, agents, and third-party providers will be held harmless against any claims due to your inappropriate use of the site or any applications thereof.
    • Any issues not reported within the year of occurrence will be considered in eligible and be barred from any consideration.
    • The Terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and any disputes to the terms will be settled through arbitration in San Joaquin County.

    • You may not use AkshayaTritiya Foods LLC’s name, logos, trademarks, or brands without AkshayaTritiya Foods LLC’s express permission.
    • You may not use AkshayaTritiya Foods LLC’s website content to download photos, text modify, distribute, publish, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part name, logos, trademarks or brands without AkshayaTritiya Foods LLC’s express permission.

    Warranty Disclaimer

    • AkshayaTritiya Foods LLC’s does not claim that the site can be error free or virus free or that the results of downloading or other programs can be accurate. Hence the use of the application is at your own sole risk and as such AkshayaTritiya Foods LLC’s and its affiliates, third party providers , agents , officers and directors are not in any way liable.
